Who we share it with
We use third-party processors to run AGP. We share only what each needs to perform their function:
- Vapi: voice AI infrastructure (call audio, transcripts).
- OpenAI / Google (Gemini): AI model providers (call transcripts, prompts).
- Cartesia / Vapi voices: text-to-speech.
- GoHighLevel: CRM and marketing automation (contact details, call/booking records).
- Twilio: phone number provisioning and call routing.
- Vercel: website hosting and analytics.
- Google Workspace: internal email and document storage.
We do not sell your personal information.
Call recordings and transcripts
When you use our voice AI demo or any service we operate on your behalf, calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and service delivery. We do not currently operate under HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, so do not share protected health information through any AGP system.
