Can one AI handle multiple services: plumbing AND electrical AND HVAC?
Yes. We configure it as one intake that branches based on what the caller describes. "My toilet is overflowing" → plumbing dispatch. "My breaker keeps tripping" → electrical. The AI doesn't pretend to be a specialist for each; it gathers the right info and routes correctly.
Will it dispatch based on which tech is closest or available?
Live dispatch logic depends on your dispatch tool exposing availability data, so it isn't part of the standard build. By default the AI books the job into your calendar and confirms a real time window with the caller. If closest-tech routing matters to you, we'll scope what's possible for your setup during onboarding.
How does it triage emergency vs routine work?
Emergency keywords (no power, water leak, gas smell, sewage backup, etc.) trigger your emergency flow: earliest available slot, or direct transfer to your cell if you want. Routine requests go through normal scheduling. You define the keywords and what each one does.
Will it integrate with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.?
Bookings land in GoHighLevel. A direct connection to a specific field-service platform isn't part of the standard build, but if you need it we'll look at what's possible for your setup during onboarding.
Can it quote standard service-call rates and trip charges?
Yes, whatever pricing you give it. Standard diagnostic fee, after-hours surcharge, trip charge by zone, common repair flat-rates. For anything custom or estimate-required, the AI books a quote visit instead of guessing.
What about warranty or callback work?
Existing customers (matched by phone) get a different flow: the AI checks recent job history and routes warranty calls to the original tech if possible, or schedules a no-charge callback if the work is under warranty.
